Laboratory Coordinator – Nursing
Rhode Island College invites applicants for the position of Laboratory Coordinator. This is a full-time, calendar year, continuing position.
The Laboratory Coordinator manages the daily operations of the nursing skills lab and simulation center, supporting high-quality clinical education for nursing students. This role coordinates simulation activities, laboratory scheduling, equipment and supply management, and student learning experiences across the Rhode Island College campus and nursing education facilities. The coordinator collaborates closely with faculty to prepare learning environments, provide skills remediation, and support student success initiatives. Responsibilities also include maintaining simulation technology, overseeing laboratory safety and organization, and coordinating standardized patient experiences.

Required qualifications:
- BSN
- RI RN License
- Prior administrative experience, experience working with students, experience running nursing labs and simulations.
- MSN and related experience preferred.
Proposed starting salary: $70,000 - $85,000
