RISD Art Circle Teens Select Artwork for the Museum’s Permanent Collection
In a rare move that places young people directly within the institution’s collecting history, teens in the RISD Art Circle (RAC) have selected a work of contemporary art for accession into the permanent collection of the RISD Museum. The Access for All Abilities Mini Grant program supports businesses, nonprofits, schools and city/town agencies that want to improve accessibility so people with disabilities can participate in social, leisure, recreational and cultural activities alongside other community members.
