JWU Announces 2026 FIT Symposium: ''Mind, Body, Menu''

Johnson & Wales University (JWU) will host its annual Food Innovation & Technology (FIT) Symposium on November 5 and 6, at its Providence Campus, bringing together more than 200 leaders, innovators and changemakers from across the food system.  

This year’s theme, “Mind, Body, Menu,” highlights the critical relationship between food, nutrition, wellness and sustainability. Hosted at Johnson & Wales University’s Providence Campus, the annual FIT Symposium convenes stakeholders from across the food system to advance solutions to the challenges facing the industry and surrounding communities. The program is organized by the College of Food Innovation & Technology in collaboration with the College of Health & Wellness, College of Hospitality & Business and the John Hazen White College of Arts and Sciences.
