The GPBOR C.A.R.E. Foundation 2026 grant application is open for Rhode Island nonprofit organizations. Applications will be accepted 4/1/25 through 6/30/25. Eligible organizations must be qualified as exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® 2025 Diversity Scholarship Program Now Accepting Applications The Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® (GPBOR) is now accepting applications for its 2025 Diversity Scholarship Program. Three scholarships of up to $1,500 per person will be available. Residents of Rhode Island from underrepresented backgrounds, who have graduated high school or its equivalent, and are enthusiastic about kick starting their career in real estate, are encouraged to apply.
