John F. Dolan, III, Installed as 2027 President of the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®

John F. Dolan, III, broker and owner of Dolan O’Rourke Real Estate Services in Cumberland, RI, was installed as the 2027 president of the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® (GPBOR) on September 16, 2026, during the organization’s 120th Annual Meeting at the Squantum Association. An active leader with GPBOR since 2017, Dolan has served on various committees and on its Board of Directors. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® (RIAR) and is a Trustee
