Register Now for OSI's Grant Writing Essential Skills Program. Begins August 5, 2026.

This program focuses on the critical skills of grant writing:
- research and planning,
- writing a compelling narrative,
- clarifying your purpose and scope of work,
- tracking submissions and optimizing project timelines,
- nurturing funding partnerships,
- ensuring strategic alignment with funder priorities, and
- diversifying funding sources.
Program Schedule:
August 5th, 12th, and 19th
Wednesdays, 4 pm to 7 pm
Cost: $549 per participant.
Participants who complete the training will receive a digital badge from the URI Office of Strategic Initiatives, which celebrates the competencies developed through the program.
