We’re looking for compassionate, committed individuals to guide youth in developing life skills, education success, and moral values that set them up for a brighter future. You’ll work closely with a team to provide emotional support, teach critical thinking, and promote a caring home environment.  If you're 21+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for helping youth — we want YOU!

Schedule: 40-45 hrs/week | Most shifts are 2pm–10pm | Some weekends required
Starting Pay: $22+/hr
Locations: Portsmouth, RI | Full-Time | $22+/hr (Based on Experience & Education)
