What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and communicate with candidates and clients in English & Spanish
• Source talent through job boards, social media, and networking
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs
• Create engaging job postings
• Stay organized while managing multiple roles
• Build strong candidate pipelines and relationships

• 2–3 years of recruiting or customer-facing experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Strong communication and tech skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Associate’s degree preferred

• $23–$25/hour + uncapped commissions
