Meet Dr. Darlene Piva

Dr. Darlene Piva is an experienced organizational and leadership psychology consultant with a working history in financial industries, small businesses, and higher education. She is skilled in Leadership Development, Strategic Organizational Development, Training Design and Delivery, Operations Management and Business Process Improvement.
Dr. Piva is a strong education professional with a PsyD focused in Organizational Leadership Psychology, with an area of emphasis in Neuroscience of Leadership, an MA in Organizational Psychology from William James College, and a BA in Economics from Providence College.

What you will learn:
Participants will gain an understanding of how organizational psychologists diagnose systemic and human performance challenges, guide teams through uncertainty, and foster meaningful change at all levels of an organization.
