She is skilled in Leadership Development\, Strategic Organizational Development\, Training Design and Delivery\, Operations Management and Business Process Improvement.

\nDr. Piva is a strong education professional with a PsyD focused in Organizational Leadership Psychology\, with an area of emphasis in Neuroscience of Leadership\, an MA in Organizational Psychology from \;William James College\, and a BA in Economics from Providence College.
