People's Credit Union Promotes Yanika Reynolds to Loan Servicing Lead

People’s Credit Union has announced the promotion of Yanika Reynolds to Loan Servicing Lead, reporting to Jerrica McGaw, Head of Loan Servicing. In her new role, Ms. Reynolds will work closely with McGraw in coaching and mentoring the Loan Servicing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and member-centered service. Reynolds will also work closely with other departments by providing guidance on policies, procedures, documentation, and technical processes.
 
“For ten years here at People’s, Yanika has demonstrated an ability to build strong and lasting relationships while also ensuring that each task and responsibility is handled with care and attention to detail,” said McGaw. “I am confident that Yanika will continue to reflect the credit union’s commitment to people-centered leadership, operational excellence, and service rooted in trust.”
 
Ms. Reynolds began her career at People’s in 2016 as a Teller and within two years, she was promoted to Member Service Center Representative. In 2021, Reynolds moved to Loan Servicing as a Loan Service Representative I, and most recently, she held the role of Loan Service Representative II.
