People's Credit Union Names Kyle Jones Head of Wakefield Member Operations

Brings a Successful Track Record in Operations Management and Relationship Banking
 
People’s Credit Union has announced the appointment of Kyle Jones as Head of Wakefield Member Operations, reporting to Shana Silveira, Head of Wakefield Branch. In this role, Mr. Jones will manage the activities and staff of the branch to ensure proper alignment with Credit Union goals and service standards, directly supervising day-to-day operational activities and driving member growth.

Jones has 20 years of experience in financial services, growing in his career from Customer Service Representative at Webster Bank to Assistant Manager at Bank of America, Universal Personal Banker at Citizens Bank, and a Select Banker at Santander Bank. Most recently, he was an Advisor Associate at Liberty Bank Investment Services/Raymond James Financial Services before becoming an Assistant Branch Manager at Dime Bank.
 
In addition to coaching, Jones currently serves as a board member for the Westerly National Little League. He volunteers regularly for the Covenant Shelter in New London, CT, a non-profit that helps families with housing and necessities. Jones is also active with the Ocean Chamber of Commerce, including helping at the Westerly/Pawcatuck Duck race that is held every April.
