People's Credit Union Appoints Liz Kay as Head of Member Service Center

People’s Credit Union (PCU) announced the appointment of Liz Kay as Head of Member Service Center. Reporting to the Head of Retail, Kay will be responsible for the successful operation, leadership, and daily oversight of the Center, as well as the implementation and utilization of new technology, and the continued enhancement of the Center’s ability to serve PCU members.

Kay has spent more than 30 years in supervisory call center roles for Citizens Bank, Bank of America Corp., CVS Health Corporation, AAA, and, most recently, BankNewport. She resides in Providence with her husband and two children.
