Newport Flower Show Tickets on Sale April 4

One of America’s premier flower shows, the 29th annual Newport Flower Show will feature vibrant displays of floral design, botanical arts and horticultural specimens, all in the setting of an elegant historic estate.
This year’s theme, “A Floral Fair,” has a double meaning. It plays on the maiden name of Rosecliff’s original resident Theresa Fair Oelrichs, with floral exhibits drawing inspiration from her 1913 fairy tale-themed dinner. The theme also hints at playful floral arrangements reminiscent of the sights at a summer county fair, including garden competitions, prize teddy bears, a carousel horse, fireworks and even a roller coaster.
On the oceanside back lawn, a central garden display featuring works by sculptor David Harber will take inspiration from the White City of the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago. This will be surrounded by the Flower Show Marketplace where more than 40 vendors and event sponsors will display their wares.

Flower Show tickets must be purchased in advance and are valid for a specific date and time block, with arrival either in the morning or the afternoon. In addition, tickets are available for the Friday evening Opening Night Party, with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and live music.
