Looking for a way to introduce students to your company and the careers available in manufacturing? Polaris MEP is inviting Rhode Island manufacturers to participate in its fifth annual RI’s Future in the Making career exploration experience on October 21, 2026.

The event brings hundreds of Rhode Island high school students together with manufacturers for an interactive, hands-on look at the industry. Participating companies have the opportunity to showcase what they make, introduce students to different career paths and help them see what a future in manufacturing could look like.

Manufacturers can play an important role in helping students understand that today's industry offers opportunities across a wide range of fields, including engineering, technology, skilled trades, production, business and more.
