The GPBOR C.A.R.E. Foundation 2026 grant application is open for Rhode Island nonprofit organizations. Applications will be accepted 4/1/25 through 6/30/25. Eligible organizations must be qualified as exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Applications are available online at www.gpbor.realtor/gpbor-care-foundation. 
 
Since its inception in 2013, the GPBOR C.A.R.E. Foundation has distributed over $147,000 in support of local nonprofits. 2025 recipients include the Mae Organization for the Homeless and The Empowerment Factory.
 
A volunteer committee composed of local REALTORS® will review all submissions. Selection criteria will focus on the financial health of applicant organizations, the potential impact of the grant, the community served by the organization, the demonstrated need for funding, and the number of Rhode Islanders impacted by the program. All applicants will be notified of the committee’s decisions by July 31, 2025.
 
GPBOR C.A.R.E. is a charitable foundation and registered 501(c)(3) organization. Funds are raised for RI non-profits through donations from REALTORS®, Affiliates, sponsors, and donors.
