DiPrete Engineering is pleased to announce the promotion of Louis Barone III, P.E., to Project Manager. Louie has been an integral member of the DiPrete team, making significant contributions to the company's success. Louie earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island in 2015 and his Master’s degree in the same discipline in 2016. He joined the firm in 2021 as a Project Engineer.
 
Since joining DiPrete, Louie has brought extensive experience in site and structural engineering, collaborating closely with design teams on medium- and large-scale projects and guiding clients through complex regulatory and permitting processes. In addition to managing residential and commercial developments, he plays an active role in public meetings, construction coordination, and mentoring staff, while also supporting the firm’s talent development and outreach efforts, including its internship program. As an Associate in the Executive Leadership Program, Louie leads DiPrete’s networking initiative, helping to strengthen external relationships while driving strategic growth and leadership development across the organization. His promotion reflects his continued commitment to delivering high-quality projects and supporting DiPrete Engineering’s long-term growth.
