Cameron & Mittleman LLP is pleased to announce Christine L. Baglioni has been named as a partner of the Firm.

Christine's practice focuses on commercial transactions, leasing, zoning, and private and institutional financing. She also represents clients in estate and trust administration, real estate disputes, tax assessment appeals, state receivership proceedings, contract negotiations, asset purchase and sale transactions, commercial litigation, estate litigation, administrative hearings, and general business matters.

She provides representation to individuals, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies of varying sizes across the manufacturing, real estate development and holding, financing, and retail industries, among others.

Christine received a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, an MBA, cum laude, from Suffolk University's Sawyer School of Management, and a B.A. in Humanities, cum laude, from Providence College. She is admitted in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
