Centreville Bank is proud to announce that Marissa Marchetti, Assistant Vice President, Continuous Improvement, has been named the recipient of the Rhode Island Bankers Association (RIBA) 2025 Emerging Leader Award.

The RIBA Emerging Leader Award celebrates a woman under 40 or with fewer than ten years in banking who demonstrates exceptional leadership, drive, and initiative. The award recognizes rising professionals who are not only excelling in their roles but also inspiring progress within their organizations and communities.

Since joining Centreville Bank as an intern in 2017, Marchetti has been instrumental in building the bank’s Continuous Improvement function, transforming more than 300 employee-submitted ideas into actionable, measurable enhancements. Her leadership has contributed to several key organizational initiatives, including a core conversion, merger integration, and the administration of PPP lending during the pandemic.

Additionally, Marchetti has dedicated countless hours to volunteering with a range of organizations, including Save the Bay, Toys for Tots, Junior Achievement of Rhode Island, and the Down Syndrome Society of Rhode Island.

Marchetti was honored at the RIBA Women & Allies event held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick.
