Bristol County Savings Conducts Employee Volunteer Day at Non-Profits in Rhode Island
Bristol County Savings Bank and its 300 Employees Support the Communities they Serve with BCSB CARES: Employee Volunteer Day
The entire staff at Bristol County Savings Bank (BCSB) donated their time and talents to area nonprofits last week during its fifth annual BCSB CARES: Employee Volunteer Day. The Bank closed all its offices, and more than 300 Bank employees, along with its affiliates, Bristol Wealth Group and Milestone Mortgage Solutions, spent the afternoon giving back at 18 different sites across the Bank’s service area in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

The organizations served by this year’s Employee Volunteer Day included: TAUNTON AREA – Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket (Camp Ramsbottom in Rehoboth), Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South (Camp Riverside), City of Taunton/Weir Waterfront Park, My Brother’s Keeper (Easton) and Old Colony Habitat for Humanity (Raynham); ATTLEBORO AREA – Capron Park Zoo, Attleboro/Norton YMCA (Camp Finberg) and the Hockomock Area YMCA; GREATER NEW BEDFORD – Boys & Girls Club of Greater New Bedford, PACE Head Start, Gifts to Give (Acushnet), My Brother’s Keeper (Dartmouth) and Round The Bend Farm (Dartmouth); GREATER FALL RIVER – Boys & Girls Club of Fall River (Camp Welch in Assonet) and Battleship Cove; and RHODE ISLAND – Books Are Wings (Pawtucket), Sleep In Heavenly Peace (Pawtucket) and Care New England (Providence).
