The Preservation Society of Newport County will host a panel discussion on the enduring legacy of minimalism and monumental sculpture from 1974 to the present on Friday, March 6, at 6 p.m. at Rosecliff.

“An Inside Look at the ‘Full Circle’ Exhibition,” inspired by the exhibition currently in the Rosecliff galleries, offers an insider’s perspective on the pioneering vision of “Monumenta,” the 1974 outdoor exhibition of modern sculpture by renowned artists, and its influence on contemporary art.

The panel features original “Monumenta” artist Richard Fleischner (R) and artist Uri Aran (L), with the conversation moderated by Natalie Bell, Chief Curator at the MIT List Visual Arts Center. A reception will follow the lecture, and the exhibition galleries will be open.

Rosecliff is located at 548 Bellevue Ave.
