Join Chamber President Laurie White and Katie McDonald, Self Care Strategist at bnourished, as they discuss the importance of developing deliberate morning routines.

Maybe you have a trusted morning routine to launch your day. Maybe you casually move through the early hours without much structure. More likely, you are somewhere in between, with a formula for the start of the day that could use a little tweaking and a tad more intentionality.

These disorienting times are a direct threat to our morning habits and, therefore, to our peace of mind and sense of accomplishment. Now is the ideal time to reconsider how we approach the start of our day in this new reality and to lay the groundwork for lasting habits in the future.

Helpful hints for first time users of Zoom:
1. Please download a free version of
zoom on your laptop or phone if you're not already using Zoom.
2. Test your microphone.  If it's not working, adjust in
settings. Tip: using headphones often requires a change in settings.
3. We're going to start with microphones on mute.  Background noise is really distracting.  We'll unmute them for questions. Please activate video (next to microphone icon).
4. We will be recording the session.
5. Please briefly introduce yourself in writing in chat.  Your name.  Where you work.  Also, you can share questions in chat.
