Join the Chamber and Beth Carter, Human Capital Leadership and Development Specialist with Beth Carter Enterprises, as we find out how our behaviors not only explain how we communicate but also how we interact with others. By having a better understanding of "how" we behave, we can be more sensitive to how others behave which should lead to a better relationship.

This can be applied to a potential client, a new job opportunity, or even a vendor we may want to work with. It starts with the first interaction but can always be relatable to long term relationships we have. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn about their DISC behavioral styles and how that can impact the way they communicate and interface with others.

In addition, we will explore why our behaviors make us react differently depending on the situation and how to combat the "red flags" of our behaviors.
