Mileiry “Milly” De La Cruz serves as the Assistant Director of Professional and Executive Business Education at the University of Rhode Island’s College of Business, where she leads business development initiatives and cultivates strategic partnerships with organizations and employers. She is actively engaged in the community, facilitating professional development workshops, promoting URI College of Business graduate programs, and building connections through networking and community events.
A Providence native, Milly holds an associate degree in General Studies from the Community College of Rhode Island, a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Rhode Island College, and a master’s degree in Higher Education from Providence College.
