Lunch & Learn - Fund Development 101: Building a Sustainable Revenue Strategy

Lunch & Learn - Fund Development 101: Building a Sustainable Revenue Strategy

Fund Development 101:
Building a Sustainable Revenue Strategy

This presentation is designed to help organizational leaders better understand how to create more stable, diversified, and predictable funding models in an increasingly competitive and uncertain environment.

The session will explore the core components of sustainable nonprofit revenue development, including grants, individual giving, sponsorships/events, and earned revenue strategies.

Participants will learn why “writing more grants” alone is rarely enough and how stronger systems, stewardship practices, donor engagement, storytelling, and organizational infrastructure all contribute to long-term sustainability and growth.

Meet Phil Auger, Ph.D.

In addition to his grant development work, he has extensive experience in educational leadership, including overseeing major school fundraising and capital initiatives.
