Katie introduced three key questions to help businesses gain clarity on their purpose:

        1. Who do you not serve?
        2. What do you not do?
        3. Which "hows" should you not pursue?

By addressing these, attendees gained a fresh perspective on what truly drives their businesses forward. The session wrapped up with a Q&A, allowing participants to dive deeper into personalized questions and apply Katie’s insights to their own organizations.
