CCRI President Dr. Meghan Hughes Speaks About Pivoting in a Crisis and the Future of Higher Ed

Chamber President Laurie White spoke earlier today with Dr. Meghan Hughes, president of the Community College of Rhode Island, about the college's transition to a completely online education experience almost overnight and their plans for the fall semester. 

Dr. Hughes also discussed the lasting changes for higher education as a result of COVID-19, the growth of remote learning, the opportunities in innovation and technology to support new education models and some of the challenges involved.
