The Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce is pleased to partner with Bryant University in offering this highly interactive program consisting of four one-day sessions designed exclusively for women. Leadership studies have shown women receive high marks for their interpersonal communication skills and professional competence. At the same time, women tend not to perform as well in areas that lead to executive positions, such as strategic thinking, building strategic relationships and leading for value creation. The Women's Institute for Leadership delivers a research-based learning experience that focuses on increasing business acumen to help women reach their full potential.

Hosted by the Chamber and The Executive Development Center at Bryant University. The cost for this four session program is $1,255 for Chamber members. The fee includes the program, materials, lunch and refreshments.
