\n As of July 1\, 2017\, Brian assumed the role of President &\; Chief Executive Officer. In this role\, Brian leads the organization&rsquo\;s strategic corporate vision by working closely with the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team. Brian oversees the financial infrastructure and ensures Beacon&rsquo\;s fiscal growth\, including investment strategy\, preservation of assets\, reinsurance programs and claim reserve requirements.

\n As the President and CEO\, Brian works to develop and maintain strategic alliances with customers\, agencies\, reinsurers\, and the community to build credibility with stakeholders in Rhode Island. His leadership is instrumental to coordinate the delivery of a comprehensive\, high-quality and cost-effective workers&rsquo\; compensation program at Beacon Mutual.

\n Brian was a founding partner at Partridge Snow &\; Hahn LLP where he practiced from 1988 to 2007.
